Returns Policy
A. Free exchanges for all of Greece
You can exchange the product you received for a different size, color or design within 30 days of receiving your original order, with our partner courier company (General Post).
For orders within Greece, the first exchange is free of charge. Any other exchange beyond the first will incur the return and reshipment costs.
In case the customer for personal reasons wants to return the product, without replacing it, the return costs will be borne (See withdrawal).

By courier
If you wish to exchange, you send us back the package with the courier you received with a recipient’s charge. Your package must contain the original proof of purchase & the return form in which you tell us your order number, the code (color and size) you received and with which code (color and size) you want to exchange.
B. Returns of defective products
In the event that it is determined that the item has a manufacturing defect, provided that this is confirmed by the company that provides the guarantee of good workmanship and quality, the following applies:
The return of the product to be replaced must be made together with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g. Retail receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging within 14 calendar days of delivery after prior contact with the store, either by phone at 26710-22238 or via email at info@andreatosshoes.gr .
The products must be in excellent condition in their original packaging. Products that have been used or washed cannot be returned.
The return of the products will be made via courier. In this case, the costs of returning the products are charged to the company and the costs of forwarding them to the customer are borne by the company, as long as the return method proposed by the company is followed.
After the return of the products, the defect reported by the customer is checked and then the customer is contacted to inform him of the results of the check. If the defect is found, we proceed to replace the product.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the Online Store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without any other party to a total or partial offset of this claim against the customer.
C. Withdrawal
You have the right to return the product you purchased within 14 days of receiving the order, exercising the right of withdrawal and – only in the event that the product has not been used – to request a refund of the price you paid to us. The return costs are borne by the customer & must be paid directly by you to the courier.
In the event that the order has been paid via Cash on Delivery, the additional amount charged to the order with the above payment method is not refunded, as well as in the event that shipping costs have been charged (for customers in Cyprus and other countries) the amount charged to the order is not refunded.
Withdrawal return procedure:
By courier: In the event of withdrawal, you send the package back to us with any courier you wish to our headquarters, at your own expense for the shipping costs.*
Your package must contain the original proof of purchase & a completed return form in which you must inform us, in case you have paid by cash on delivery or deposit, the Iban account from which you wish to have the money refunded, bank name and beneficiary.
In any other case, the amount will be refunded to the card from which the original purchase was made.
D. Return conditions
1. The product must not have been used.
2. The return must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of the order.
3. The product must necessarily be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, invoice, etc.) & be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product.

Please note that:
The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so you should make sure that they are packaged properly (not necessarily in their original packaging) and cannot be damaged on the way!
All goods will be inspected upon return to the company.
In the event that a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.
In the event that a product is returned by a courier that we do not cooperate with and at our own expense, we will have to send it back to you.
In the event that we receive the package at our own expense from a cooperating courier (general postal service) only, the shipping costs (5€) will be deducted from the refund.
The company bears no responsibility for any products that have been returned to us by mistake.
